Upon successful login, click 
module from the left navigation bar to land on the Discover Apps screen.
Navigate to the Reservations app and click the 'Try for demo' button.
From the confirmation popup displayed, click 'Yes'.
As the app is enabled, you land on the Tables tab of the Reservations app whereas the 'Try for demo' button is replaced with the 
button.
The configurations of the Reservations module are segregated into Tables, Categories, and Settings tabs.
