Spont Dashboard > Left Navigation Bar > Finances > Reservations
Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Reservations grid.
Click the icon located at the top-right corner of the screen to view the Add Reservation popup.
Select the date of reservation from the Date field.
Select the number of guests for reservation using the Guests field.
Select the preferred time for reservation from the Preferred Time selector.
Based on the selection from the Preferred Time selector, select the available timeslot from the Available Timeslots selector. Time does not populate in this selector until a selection is made from the Preferred Time selector.
The timeslots do not populate in the Preferred Time and Available Timeslots fields until the duration and available tables are not configured from the Reservation configurations. To learn how that is done, click here.
Use the First Name and Last Name fields to record the name under which the reservation is to be made.
Enter the phone number for reservation in the Phone field.
Your registered email address is automatically populated in the Mail field. However, you can edit the email address from this field.
Use the Note field to add a note for the reservation you are adding.
Once the required information is filled, click the button.
