What are we going to do?
In this article, we will show you how to change the layout of your customer voucher. How to set whether or not you want to have certain information printed on the voucher, how to add standard text to the voucher and how to add your logo to the customer voucher.
Go to customize receipt settings
Go toThe spontaneous backend.
In the dark bar on the right, press settings.
Press hardware.
Press the printer from which you print the customer vouchers (probably a bar printer).
Go to Customize.
Here you will find all settings for the customer voucher.
Once you have done this, you will see the following:
What information do you want on the voucher?
At the top you can use buttons to set which information you want or do not want printed on the voucher.
"Print QR payment" is a QR code that allows customers to pay for their own voucher*.
Add your own text to the voucher.
If you want to add a text above or below the voucher by default, you can also do this here. Common texts are: "Thank you for coming! See you next time."Or "Tips are appreciated!"
Add your logo to the bon
To add your logo to the voucher, press the "Print logo" button. Now add an image of your logo by clicking on "click here to upload a file". Tip: Choose an image where the letters of your logo are dark colored, so that this is clearly visible on the voucher.
You can then choose to print the logo over the full width of the voucher. Test what you like most, as soon as you make an adjustment in the backend you can test this immediately.
Tips for pro users
*This QR code makes split payment easy because they only need to scan the qr code with their phone. They can then split the account independently and pay it with their bank app.
