Setting up Viva wallet webhook

We cannot guarantee that Viva will always forward the payment status of a payment to our pin terminal or iPhone.
This can keep a table open while it has been paid. To avoid this completely, we strongly recommend setting the action below in your Viva.com account.

What does this link do

When a payment has been successful or failed, Viva sends the status to our system via an alternative router.

If we do not get the status locally because, for example, the terminal is just falling out or lingers. Then we get the status online after which we can close the payment and order.

What do I need

  1. Access your viva.com account
    ​

  2. Access your Cloud.spont.nl account
